microManager

Added support for USB2 MicrocomU.
Updated auto-detect to add USB2 detection, and only go through existing COM ports.
Changed all the log and ini output path to use UserAppDataPath. (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\XIA LLC\microManager)
Display additional USB and CPLD version info in Board Information dialog for MicrocomU.
Changed XUP download dialog into a modal dialog to avoid it from going out of focus during a download.
Stop run when get run data fails.

USB2 IO will now time out after 5 seconds.
Fixed a memory leak in fippi initialization.
Added a cache to track the PIC variant value to determine the presence of the microComU.
