If you have not upgraded to v1.0.2 yet, please see the PLX v5.2 Upgrade Notes. This release includes some significant improvements to the firmware. Please see the attached release note for a detailed explanation.

  • Fixed incorrect position of the "Edit Filter Parameters" dialog on open.
  • Fixed a problem where acquisition value combo boxes would not allow the value to be changed.
  • Improved performance of SCA control by optimizing the number of Handel calls required when applying new regions.
  • Fixed pixel advance when using mapping mode.
  • Fixed error in calculation of SCA integrals in normal MCA mode for regions exceeding 64 channels.
  • Fixed problem with high dead times at low counting rates.

  • Fixed precision of cursor dX and ROI grid's OCR column.
  • Fixed a situation where some resets were counted as input events leading to an incorrect ICR, especially at low count rates.
  • Energy filter livetime calculation corrected to handle low count rates properly.
